I’m a strategic communications leader with 10+ years of experience working closely with executive teams, HR, and cross-functional leaders across healthcare, biotech, and high-growth organizations. I help turn big ideas and business priorities into clear, meaningful communication that actually resonates internally and externally and drives alignment.

A lot of my work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, and communication. I partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, support internal initiatives, and bring clarity during times of growth and change. I’m especially good at taking complex, often technical information and translating it into something people can understand and act on.

I balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, whether that’s developing leadership messaging, building communication plans, or supporting employee engagement efforts. At the end of the day, I care about making communication feel clear, human, and useful - not overly polished or corporate.

When asked how long I’ve been in communications and social media, I like to say that I grew my career alongside the industry itself. From the early days of traditional agency PR and “mommy blogging” to leading strategic corporate communications, my passion for all forms of communications has always been driven by its power to connect, engage, and create impact.

With a love for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital media dynamics, I develop tailored campaigns that go beyond brand awareness - building authentic relationships and fostering meaningful connections with audiences.

Eleanor Health is a national provider of integrated, whole-person care for individuals affected by substance use disorders, combining medical, mental health, and social support through a fully virtual model. The organization is focused on expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based care and improving long-term recovery outcomes.

In my role as Fractional Head of Communications, I partner closely with the executive team to shape and execute both internal and external communications strategies. My work spans executive communications, thought leadership, and organizational messaging, helping translate complex clinical and operational topics into clear, human-centered stories. I’ve supported leadership visibility, developed messaging for key initiatives and partnerships, and helped align communications across teams during a period of growth and evolution. I also work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in voice and message, while reinforcing Eleanor’s mission, values, and commitment to delivering accessible, stigma-free care.

Illumina (NASDAQ: ILMN) is improving human health by unlocking the power of the genome. Illumina's focus on innovation has established us as a global leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies, serving customers in the research, clinical, and applied markets.

While at Illumina, I assisted in planning and executing Illumina's global social media strategy, supporting multiple departments, including communications, marketing, and talent acquisition. As an experienced content strategist, I built successful corporate narratives and produced engaging visuals for both internal and external use. I played a key role in growing Illumina’s Instagram account by over 43% in 2019 and contributed to the creation of the Genomics for Good program. I also managed the company’s employee advocacy program, supported the communications for new location launches, and promoted the Illumina Internship program. Additionally, I helped grow corporate social channels to engage targeted audiences and support global business objectives.

Cue Health (NASDAQ: HLTH) was a healthcare technology company on a mission to empower people to live their healthiest lives through personalized, proactive, and informed diagnostics.

At Cue, I was brought on to manage the development and implementation of Cue Health’s social media and influencer strategy that supports internal communications, public relations, executive communications, global marketing and sales, customer experience and talent acquisition.
